What type of video signal internal use of LCD screens?
Things like camcorders, digital cameras, portable game systems and the use of an internal LCD screen for displaying data. What I really do not know is what kind of signal to do this type of device used to connect to the screen. I wonder because I have a DS and I would be able to convert the signal into something that could be used to see on a TV screen or computer monitor because I am tired of playing on the small screen.
Unfortunately there is no standard for video screens inside – each manufacturer has its own way. Also is almost impossible to decode the digital signal power to the screen and re-encode composite video to a TV. There are usually 10-20 power cables LCD panel, comprising synchronizing scan lines, color and brightness, among other possible signals. You should do a lot of reverse engineering to find out which wire leads, and then somehow think that in a microcontroller to decode it. It is not possible unless you have a degree in electronics and a couple of months to spare I'm afraid.
