That seems a very good disposition. For those who say AMD is better for games, which was true at one time, however this changed over a year and a half ago, AMD fanboys really should try and move on. As for quad-core compared to dual core, faster GHz Dual core would be better in most things now, but remember you will probably be keeping this computer for a few years, more and more programs will benefit from the core quad, so I go with him. The video card is great, as someone mentioned versions, newer and faster than the 640 and 768MB.
